Clear responsibility for every Teztel subscription.

Teztel subscriptions are delivered through an agreed SaaS plan, implementation scope, and service relationship with the subscribing ISP or reseller.

Included users, subscribers, adapters, support, and commercial fees are defined by the active Teztel SaaS plan and order details.

Each ISP remains responsible for its customer data, network configuration, licences, service delivery, and local regulatory obligations.

Network integrations are approval-based. Teztel does not send unmanaged device changes or assume unsupported vendor behaviour.

The signed service agreement, order form, and applicable support scope govern the commercial relationship for each customer.
