TEZTEL ONE · INDUSTRY OPERATIONS PLATFORM
One operating platform, shaped around your industry.
Teztel One connects finance, customers, inventory, people, service, and industry operations for ISP, grocery retail, distribution, manufacturing, and service businesses.
SOLUTION INDUSTRIES
The same dependable core. A different operational experience for each industry.
Every customer receives an isolated tenant site. Teztel configures the industry workspace and permissions instead of exposing unrelated menus or technical setup choices.
Teztel ISP
Subscriber lifecycle, billing, field operations, RADIUS, provisioning approvals, fiber, wireless, NOC, and reseller control.

Scan as you shop. Pay before the gate. Keep queues moving.
Shoppers use the Teztel Retail mobile app or store PWA to scan a product barcode, see the live price and promotion, and build an auditable cart as they shop.
The exit gate is not another billing counter. The customer completes payment in the app, then presents a short-lived QR receipt at the exit. The gate or a staff scanner verifies that paid session and directs only exceptions to an audit lane.
- 01Shop and scan
Customer signs in, scans each barcode, and sees their cart, quantity, offers, and running total.
- 02Validate and pay
The server validates products, price rules, taxes, stock policy, and payment before creating the final retail invoice.
- 03Verify at exit
A QR scanner at the gate confirms a valid, unused paid token. An approved e-gate opens, or staff receive a clear pass / audit / stop result.
- 04Audit exceptions
Random checks, cart-weight comparison, age-restricted items, payment failure, or suspicious activity are handled by an attended audit lane.
TEZTEL ISP
Keep commercial service and network operations accountable.
ERPNext remains the business backbone. Teztel ISP adds subscriber, field, provisioning, NOC, and reseller operations without exposing network credentials or operational data across tenants.
Commercial control
Leads, trials, SaaS subscriptions, recurring invoices, Stripe platform payments, and reseller administration.
Subscriber lifecycle
Service connections, plans, provisioning approvals, FUP, static IP assignments, and customer portal access.
Field and network
Coverage surveys, technician visits, fiber and wireless assets, access nodes, circuits, and inventory traceability.
NOC and support
NOC alerts, helpdesk escalation, router telemetry, capacity review, and monitoring integration.
SAAS PLANS
Start with the solution and capacity that fit your operation.
Published plans are managed by Teztel administrators in ERP. Industry-specific retail, distribution, and enterprise packages are qualified before they are offered.

NETWORK EXPERIENCE · ISP
Use a dedicated speed-test endpoint, not your ERP server.
Teztel ISP can link customers to an independently deployed test endpoint, keeping production ERP and network-management systems isolated from high-volume test traffic.
